The five defendants in the case of collapsed Synagogue church building, in Lagos, on Thursday morning, filed a ‘no-case submission’ at a Lagos High Court, Ikeja.
The five defendants, who were supposed to open their defence Thursday, told the court presided over by Justice Lawal-Akapo that having gone through the evidence submitted by the prosecution, that it was clear that they do not have any case to answer.
