Sixteen able bodied Nigerians working towards leaving the shores of Nigeria, have been arrested by the Nigerian Navy operatives.
The men were arrested while trying to hide inside a merchant vessel to travel to Europe.
They were arrested by the yet to be commissioned locally built war ship, NNSKARADUWA.
