BREAKING: Group marches against corruption in Lagos

A coalition of civil society organisations known as Movement Against Corruption (MAC) is currently on a protest march to Alausa Secretariat, Ikeja, in what it tagged: Red Card Against Corruption  in an attempt to demand judicial accountability in the prosecution  of corruption related cases, across various courts in Nigeria.

Leader of the group, Joe Odumakin, said there was mediocrity and impunity  in all spheres of national life and therefore, Nigerians could no longer ignore the prevailing mass poverty, hunger and unemployment which were indicators of the damaging effects of corruption in the country.
