The All Progressive Congress (APC) in Borno is holding a sensitization with women politicans to wrap up the 2019 campaigns ahead of Saturday’s gubernatorial poll.
Borno State governor Kashim Shettima urged the women politicians not to take anything for granted as they looked forward to the coming elections.
“Don’t have over-confidence about this Saturday elections. Don’t assume APC will win but go out to work for the victory. It not yet time to sleep,” the governor the charged the women participants.
APC chairman Hon Bukar Dalori thanked the women for their hard work which ensured the party’s victory in the February 23 Presidential and National Assembly polls.
