Bloody Mary: Emem kicks off educational series on menstrual cramps

Racheal Emem Isaac has announced the release of  her new series, “Bloody Mary,” a powerful and thought-provoking exploration of dysmenorrhea, a condition that affects millions of women worldwide.

The series, which premieres today 5th September 2025 on YouTube, highlights the struggles different women go through, during their monthly cycle.

Through candid conversations and real-life experiences, “Bloody Mary” aims to raise awareness about the often-stigmatized topic of menstrual health and empower women to take control of their bodies and more importantly, encourage women to know they are not alone. 

The 5 episode series,  features Adeola Awodein, Frank Paladini, Racheal Emem Isaac, Winifred Kpoudosu and Elizabeth Udoh.

It is produced by Blessing Isaac and Directed/ Edited by Michael Kpoudosu and dedicated to every woman who deals with menstrual cramps (mild and severe).
