The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has drawn a battle line with the Ebubeagu security outfit in Imo State following the alleged recent killings of 14 youths at Awomama on Sunday by the outfit.

IPOB spokesperson Emma Powerful, in a statement he released to the media on Thursday, placed a N2 million bounty on the commander of Imo State Ebubeagu security outfit, asking for useful information to bring him to justice over the alleged killings of the youths.

Although the Department of State Service(DSS) has owned up for the killing of the youths who they also said were bandits neutralised at their camp and not at a wedding function as claimed.

IPOB, while condemning the Awomama massacre, has dismissed a sit-at-home order by a faction of the group led by Simon Ekpa, former Directorate of Operation of the group based in Finland.

Powerful claimed that Ekpa’s numerous orders have been responsible for the blackmail of the group for quite some time.
