The Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Senator George Akume, has commended the Throne Room Trust Ministry, Kafanchan, for its enduring contributions to national peace, moral rejuvenation, and intercession for Nigeria, describing faith-based organisations as crucial partners in the country’s quest for stability and development.
Speaking at the close of the 21st International Prophetic Prayer Conference of the Ministry, Senator Akume, represented by the wife of his Chief of Staff, Pastor Mrs. Mary Chris Taka, praised the ThroneRoom Trust Ministry for its “unwavering commitment to promoting unity, fostering moral discipline, and sustaining the spirit of hope in a nation striving to consolidate its democracy.”
He emphasised that the Federal Government recognises the vital role of the Church and other religious institutions in advancing peace and national cohesion, particularly at a time when the country faces multiple social and economic challenges.
“The ThroneRoom Trust Ministry has continued to stand in the gap for our nation through prayers and prophetic insight. Such dedication strengthens the moral fabric of society and complements government efforts toward rebuilding trust, peace, and prosperity across Nigeria,” Akume said.
The five-day international conference, themed “The Day of the Spirit,” drew delegates from across Africa, Europe, and the Americas.

It featured sessions of worship, prophetic declarations, and intercessory prayers for leaders, nations, and the Body of Christ.
In his prophetic message, the Vision Pioneer of the Ministry, Apostle Dr. Emmanuel Nuhu Kure, predicted that Africa was on the verge of a major spiritual and political awakening that would “shake entrenched systems and expose hidden works of darkness.”
Apostle Kure, who is also a former National Secretary of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN), called on African leaders to embrace integrity, justice, and divine wisdom, saying that “true transformation will come when leaders govern with the fear of God.”
Special prayer sessions were held for Nigeria’s leaders, traditional rulers, and the people of Southern Kaduna, focusing on peace, prosperity, and divine direction.
Delegates described the event as not only spiritually uplifting but also politically symbolic a call for leaders to align governance with godly principles.
As the conference ended, Apostle Kure charged Christians to carry the fire of the Spirit into governance, civic life, and national discourse.
“This is the dawn of a new move of God across the nations where righteousness will exalt Africa and restore Nigeria’s moral compass,” he said.
