Senate President, Godswill Akpabio, Chief Victor Giadom, the South-South Zonal Vice Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, and about 168 other delegates are expected to grace the South-South zonal meeting of the party in Calabar, Cross River State.
Alphonsus Eba, the Cross River State Chapter Chairman of the party disclosed this in Calabar.
He disclosed that the meeting which is the first of its kind since the present administration is in line with Section 12:6 of the constitution of the party.
Ebay said that the calibre of delegates invited are as spelt out in the party’s constitution. However, special invitees for the meeting include the Aviation Minister and the Chairman/Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC.
He emphasized that the agenda of the meeting is to strategize and find ways of moving the zone forward.
