A new partnership between global workspace leader Regus and Logitech Integrated Limited is set to boost Abuja’s innovation ecosystem, with the launch of a modern, fully serviced office hub in Jabi designed to support startups, entrepreneurs and fast-growing businesses.
The project forms part of Regus’ aggressive expansion across Nigeria, as the company deepens its presence in the Federal Capital Territory to meet rising demand for flexible, tech-enabled work environments.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Ayo Akinmade, Country Manager of IWG Nigeria (parent firm of Regus), said the Jabi centre is a key component of the company’s nationwide strategy.
“Jabi is one of the locations we have long identified for expansion. We are glad to be signing this partnership agreement that will deliver a Regus branch here. Our expectation is that by the first quarter of 2026, we will open this place up to customers and partners to experience our latest addition to the Abuja market,” Akinmade said.

The facility, located near, Jabi Lake Mall, will feature modern twin duplex offices with rooftop views, private parking and a variety of workspace options suited for entrepreneurs, small teams and corporate players.
Akinmade said the workspace will give emerging businesses access to affordable, scalable and ready-to-use offices, helping them collaborate, innovate and grow within key commercial zones such as Wuse, Garki and Maitama.
The Country manager explained that Regus, under the IWG Group, aims to operate 70 fully functional centres in Nigeria within five years, noting that new Jabi hub reinforces its commitment to empowering Nigeria’s next generation of entrepreneurs and business leaders.
Representing Logitech Integrated Limited, Mr. Sylvester Egweni said the collaboration was driven by IWG-Regus’ strong global reputation.
“We decided to partner with IWG based on recommendations and their global track record. We look forward to a fantastic relationship with IWG–Regus and to seeing our projections materialize in the long run,” he said.
