Super Eagles winger, Moses Simon has completed his move to Paris FC, a newly-promoted team in French Ligue 1, from Nantes.
The 29-year-old, who moved to France from Spanish side Levante in 2019, has signed a contract until 2028.
Paris FC, making their debut in the top flight, aims to make a strong impression with the addition of the Nigerian international.
Simon’s performance in the 2024-25 season included 8 goals and 10 assists, contributing to Nantes’ finish six points above the relegation zone.
Simon’s switch marks the end of a memorable six-year stint with Nantes, where he was a consistent attacking threat and a fan favourite.
Over his time at the club, Simon amassed over 200 appearances, scored 37 goals, and delivered 42 assists. He played a pivotal role in Nantes’ Coupe de France success in 2022, scoring key goals en route to lifting the trophy — the club’s fourth in history — and featured again in their 2023 final run.
Simon made his departure official with an emotional video tribute and farewell message:
“Six seasons giving everything with my heart — sprints, crosses, Goosebumps and memories engraved forever.”
