The Chairman of the FCT Civil Service Commission, Emeka Ezeh, disclosed on Sunday that the exercise is part of efforts to complete the 2024 promotion process swiftly for FCT and FCDA workers.
“Our commitment to staff motivation and development has driven this initiative,” Ezeh said. “With the approval of the FCT Minister, we are deepening the use of digital platforms for promotion exams, building on the trailblazing step this administration took under Barrister Nyesom Wike to be the first in Nigeria to adopt CBT for such exercises.”
He recalled that in August 2025, the Minister approved the promotion of 49 directors who successfully passed the CBT exam conducted by the Commission, underscoring the government’s dedication to innovation and merit-based progression in the civil service.
