Enugu West Senatorial District is set to shake the political space with a thunderous endorsement rally for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Peter Mbah ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The mega rally, already gathering momentum, is expected to attract a huge turnout in a bold show of unity and grassroots strength, as the district declares its stand.

Organisers said the event is not just a gathering but a power-packed convergence of political leaders, traditional rulers, youths, women and key stakeholders, all set to speak with one voice.

Chairman of the Media and Publicity Subcommittee, Emeka Aneke, said the rally would project the collective will of the people.

Also, Chairman of the Central Planning Committee, Dr. C.O.C. Egumgbe, described it as a defining political moment.

“This is a strong vote of confidence in leadership that delivers and a clear commitment to continuity and progress,” he said.

Heavyweight political actors, including members of the National Assembly, party leaders and top government officials, are billed to grace the event with goodwill messages.

The highpoint will be the formal endorsement ceremony, to be presided over by Senator Osita Ngwu, where all blocs in the district will publicly ratify the decision.

Governor Mbah is expected to deliver a keynote address, highlighting his administration’s strides in economic growth and development.

The rally will climax with a unanimous declaration backing Tinubu and Mbah for second terms.

“This is beyond endorsement—it is a people’s mandate,” organisers declared.
