For the umpteenth time, the chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State, Jones Erue has boasted that the state is a low hanging fruit for the party to plug.
Erue said nothing will stop the APC governorship candidate, Great Ogboru from defeating incumbent Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), maintaining that Delta State will be a walk over for President Muhammadu Buhari in the presidential election.
In a statement by the party’s Head of Strategy and Communication in the state, Nick Ovuakporie, indicated that the party chairman spoke while addressing newsmen on the level of preparedness of the party in the state for the 2019 general elections.

“Let me tell you, we have put forth credible candidates with the prerequisite qualifications to send the PDP packing. APC has what it takes to form the next government in Delta State owing to the abysmal performance of the Okowa-led PDP inept administration,” the statement quoted the chairman as saying.
Erue assured, that President Buhari, Great Ogboru all APC candidates will be overwhelmingly elected by Deltans, saying “we are prepared for the elections and determined to win.”
He urged Nigerians to vote enmass for President Muhammadu Buhari in 2019 to keep Nigeria afloat.
