Portable has signed a new artiste, Femi Capless, to his Zeh Nation label, marking another move in his efforts to promote emerging talents.
Femi Capless, whose real name is Gbolahan Femi Ajose, is an Afro-pop singer and songwriter from Badagry, Lagos. He grew up with a strong love for music and has remained consistent in pursuing his passion over the years.
Speaking about his journey, the young artiste said he discovered his true singing ability when he first entered a recording studio in 2018. He later decided to take music seriously as a career after releasing his debut single titled “Greener Pasture” in 2022.
According to him, music has always been a big part of his life. “Music has always been my best thing to do. If I’m not listening to one, I will surely be singing one,” he said.
With his signing to Zeh Nation, expectations are high that Femi Capless will grow his sound and reach a wider audience under the guidance of Portable, who is known for supporting street talent in the Nigerian music scene.
