Participants at a book launch in Abuja titled “The Limitless Woman: A Fearless Woman’s Guide to Self-Reinvention and Unstoppable Success” at the weekend have amplified the call for more support and encouragement for women to enable them to bring out their inner potential for the benefit of the family and society at large.
The participants suggested that men should look more closely and inwards to identify with their protective DNA, knowing that if they fully empower their women, the protective job becomes easier.
The author of the book, Mrs Chinonye Anodere, a transformational speaker, business coach, and entrepreneur, in her remarks, noted that when women are empowered mentally, financially, spiritually, and politically, they champion the cause of transformation in society.
She said that she was inspired to write the book with the passion to see women step into their potential, stressing that the book is a reflection of her experience in her lifetime journey.
She said the book is about knowing that “no matter the challenges you face, you have a way to rewrite your story if you so desire it.
“Launching this book is a dream come true; when you dare to take action on your vision, incredible things happen,” Anodere said.
Mr Obianefo Esimai, founder of Vision Business Hub, who was also the chief launcher of the book, said that encouraging women will help in bringing out their best version with the utilisation of their potential.
He recommended the book for women to read to drive their inner potential. “We must go out of our way to encourage women to read.”
Mrs Ogechi Okafor, a leadership and gender equity expert, who was also the book reviewer, said that the book would help to reignite whatever is embedded in a woman, adding that a lot of women have ideas, but they don’t know how to go about it.
She urged women to leverage the strength of the book to be able to bring all the ideas to bear without hiding under men.
“We keep talking about gender equality, gender equity; now we have a book to guide us to be able to break the barrier and achieve our desired goal. Every woman looking for how to enhance her potential needs to go through the book and build on their strengths.
“Women have inner strength; this is the time to bring out the power within, to mitigate whatever is embedded in us. The limitless woman, like the author said, is a breaking point for every woman,” Okafor stressed.
Mr Kelechi Anodere, founder of Champions Business Group, also the husband of the book author, stated that within a couple of years, his wife had been transformed into a superwoman, a transformation from which she drew her inspiration to write the book.
“Over the last couple of years, I have seen my wife transform into becoming somebody who I love to call a superwoman, just because of the things she has learnt, the strategies she has implemented.
“She has positively impacted my family and her family, and positively impacted me as a husband. I don’t know where I would be as a man if she had not gone through the transformation she went through.
“Those are the transformations, the strategies she has put in the book ‘The Limitless Woman.’ I really encourage people to find a way to get this book because it is a guide,” he said.
