Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, has expressed disappointment with the performance of the BVAS at his ward, saying that it showed lack of seriousness with the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC)
Wike, who stood and waited for about 25 minutes to be captured by the BVAS, was apologized to by an INEC official of the malfunctioning of the machine.
The INEC official made the appeal at about 10:55am, saying a technician would be sent to tackle the problem.
