Shortly after dropping his debut single, Afam Bu Zeak, Anuebunwa Francis Chijioke Nwabueze otherwise known as Zeak, has revealed reasons why he dumped football for music.
“I started out as a professional footballer and was my team’s power singer, chanting them through journeys of victories until an injury I sustained stopped me permanently from playing football. Faced with a critical decision of what next, I settled for my next best love: music,” he narrated.
Commenting on his latest single, Afam Bu Zeak, which was released under the imprint of SSYMA Records, the budding rapper said. “My music is a feeling that keeps you warm. I speak words that inspire and I drop lines that give satisfaction.”
