Veteran Nollywood actress, Peju Ogunmola has lost her 24-year-old only son, Ayomikun.
Movie producer, Seun Oloketuyi disclosed this in a Facebook post on Tuesday evening.
Oloketuyi, the founder of the Best of Nollywood Awards, described the development as “sad”.
“Breaking! Peju Ogunmola loses her only child. He was 24. Such a sad day,” he posted.
He urged Nigerians to remember the actress in their prayers.

“Please remember her in your prayers,” he stated.
Popular actor, Odunlade Adekola also confirmed the development.
Taking to Instagram, he sympathised with the bereaved actress.
“This is a big LOSS. God will console you ma and the whole family,” he wrote.
Daily Sun recalls that another Nollywood veteran, Saheed Balogun lost his first daughter, Zeenat, in October 2024.
