GOVERNOR Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State yesterday attended the monthly meeting of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Udenu Local Government Area, calling on members of the party to unite and work towards the progress of the party.
The PDP in Enugu State has been effectively holding its monthly ward, Local Government and Zonal meetings since the inception of the present administration in the state, with the participation of the party stakeholders including all elected and public office holders both at the state and national levels .
Addressing the enthusiastic PDP members during the meeting, which witnessed the decamping of a large number of the All Progressives Congress (APC) members in the Council led by Hon. Paul C. Okafor to the PDP, Gov. Ugwuanyi appealed that doors should be opened for all those who intend to join the party to do so, adding that the party is big enough to accommodate everybody.
