Odama gave an overview of the course’s year-long timeline, beginning in February 2025, and praised the intense intellectual and professional growth participants achieved. He noted the group of 78 senior officials comprised military, paramilitary, law enforcement, and strategic government agency representatives, including delegates from five African countries.
He stressed, “With the graduation of the EIMC 18, the institute has proudly graduated 1,130 strategic leaders equipped to think critically and act decisively on complex security and developmental challenges facing our nation and continent.”
Expressing gratitude to the president and vice president, Odama acknowledged the “visionary and pragmatic leadership” of the Renewed Hope Agenda, which is already delivering tangible progress nationwide.
