Osinbajo arrived at 9:57 am, with the presidents of Cameroon, Liberia, Rwanda and Ethiopia arriving at about 9:50 am.
Mrs Aisha Buhari, First Lady and wife of the outgoing President Muhammadu Buhari arrived, at 10:02 am.
