President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has extended his warm congratulations to Mr. Tolu Obamuroh on his elevation to Partner at White & Case LLP, a prestigious international law firm headquartered in New York.
Effective January 1, 2026, Obamuroh will join the firm’s International Arbitration Practice in Paris as one of the three new partners globally in this specialty, and the sole partner based in the Paris office among the firm’s 46 worldwide locations. He is also the only Nigerian-qualified lawyer in this year’s global partner class, marking a significant professional and national milestone.
Obamuroh’s career highlights include representing sovereign states and major corporations in complex cross-border disputes in the energy and infrastructure sectors. He also serves as a trusted adviser to the Government of Nigeria under the supervision of the Honourable Attorney General and Minister of Justice in various international matters.
