The ongoing National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Abuja. has been disrupted by thugs who were allegedly mobilised by suspected loyalists from the camp of the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike.
The development may not be unconnected with plots by certain elements from the Minister’s camp to foil the impending sanctions for Wike who is currently facing allegations of anti-party activities within the PDP.
Consequently, it was gathered that the hoodlums tried to force their way into the venue with the intent to create chaos and halt resolutions by the NEC.
