ThankGod Omori Smith, a well-known Nigerian music director and cinematographer also known as TG Omori or Boy Director, has returned to work following a failed kidney transplant.
Omori announced his return with a post on his X page on Tuesday that included a photo of himself on a music video set carrying his camera.

He wrote “Ok, let’s see if I can still rock this b***h”.
Daily Sun reported that the music director had a failed kidney transplant at St. Nicholas Hospital in Lagos in August 2024, after his only sibling donated for him.
Addressing his fans from his hospital bed, he promised that he will return in 2025.
