Pro-wrestling legend “Sycho” Sid Eudy, best known for his time in WWE and WCW, has died at the age of 63 after a battle with cancer. Eudy’s son, Gunnar, shared the news on Facebook.

Towering at 6’9″, Eudy began his wrestling career in 1987 and enjoyed a successful three-decade run. He wrestled under various monikers, including Sycho Sid and Sid Justice, capturing the WWE World Heavyweight Championship twice.

He headlined major events like WrestleMania 8 and WrestleMania 13, facing iconic opponents like Hulk Hogan and The Undertaker.

Eudy also found success in WCW, where he was a two-time World Heavyweight Champion under the name Sid Vicious.

His career was tragically marked by a severe leg injury in 2001. Eudy’s final WWE appearance was a victory over Heath Slater on Raw in 2012, where he received a warm reception from fans. He is often cited by fans as a deserving candidate for the WWE Hall of Fame.
