Governor Henry Seriake Dickson has accused the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the military of rigging the House of Assembly elections.
Dickson who stated this shortly after casting his vote at his polling unit in Toru Orua, Sagbama Local Government, said reports reaching him from across the states indicated that APC, INEC and the military were trying to foist APC on the state.
He expressed disappointment that the REC in Bayelsa State had shown that he lacked the capacity to ensure that the guidelines for the elections were followed.
