The governorship candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, Chief Adebayo Adelabu, has lost at the polling unit of Governor Abiola Ajimobi to the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Oluseyi Makinde, by 37 votes.
The result was announced at Unit 20 Ward 11, Oluyole Community Grammar School, Oluyole Estate, Ibadan South West Local Government Area of the state, where Ajimobi and his wife, Florence voted, showed that APC had 112 votes while PDP polled 149 votes.
