The 2027 gubernatorial candidate of Accord Party in Oyo State, Alhaji Oriyomi Hamzat, has congratulated the Governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola, on his re-election, describing the renewed mandate as a vote of confidence in the governor’s leadership.
Hamzat stated this in a statement shared on X on Sunday.
Adeleke, who is the Accord Party candidate, secured 511,067 votes to defeat his closest challenger, Bola Oyebamiji of the All Progressives Congress (APC), who got 444,815 votes.
In his congratulatory message, Hamzat said the outcome of the election reflects the trust and confidence of the people of Osun in the progress made during the governor’s first term.
“This renewed mandate from the people of Osun is a strong vote of confidence in your leadership and the progress made during your first term,” he stated.

Hamzat expressed optimism that the new term would witness continued development across key sectors.
“I look forward to seeing the continued development of infrastructure, healthcare, education, and welfare programs across the state in this new term,” he said.
He further prayed for strength and wisdom for the governor as he continues to serve the people of Osun.
“Wishing you strength and wisdom as you continue to serve the people of Osun. Congratulations once again,” Hamzat added.
