Ondo PDP loses chairman to death

The embattled Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ondo State, Hon Fatai Adams, is dead.

Sources said the chairman of the PDP who was under suspension till the time of his death died in the early hours of Wednesday.

Adams, a former member of the State House of Assembly was suspended by the State Executive Committee of the party in January for alleged anti party activities.

The deputy chairman of the party in the state, Hon Tola Alabere, was appointed as the acting chairman of the party after Adams was suspended.

Sources said the deceased chairman would be buried in his hometown in Akoko North West Local Government Area of the state in line with Muslim injunction.
