Ogun Community Set to Receive Free Vocational Empowerment from Baasorun Olalekan

The Giwa Oke Aro community in Ogun State is excited as the Baasorun Olaniran Olalekan Musiliudeen Foundation (BOOM) announces its sponsorship of a free vocational empowerment program for youths in wards 4, 6, and 8. This initiative, aimed at fostering self-reliance and entrepreneurial skills, is scheduled for Friday, September 6, 2024.

As part of BOOM’s efforts to uplift communities across Ogun State, the program will provide hands-on training in various vocational skills, including the production of detergent soap, liquid dish soap, multipurpose soap, organic aboniki balm, and paint. These skills are intended to help youths generate income and improve their livelihoods.

Baasorun Olaniran Olalekan Musiliudeen emphasized his commitment to youth empowerment and national development, stating, “Empowering the youth is crucial for the progress of our nation. By equipping them with the right skills, we secure their future and contribute to Nigeria’s overall development. My vision is to see a generation of self-reliant and motivated youths who can drive positive change within their communities.”

Comrade Olowu Olusoji, the event announcer, urged all eligible youths in the community to take advantage of this opportunity. “This program is completely free, and it’s a chance to learn valuable skills for a brighter future,” he said.

The Baasorun Olaniran Olalekan Musiliudeen Foundation has a history of supporting community development, and this initiative underscores its commitment to societal betterment. The foundation hopes the program will inspire youths to pursue self-improvement and economic independence.
