In what appeared to be a groundbreaking move, Oduwacoin, the first pan-African cryptocurrency, has listed on LATOKEN, a crypto exchange.

Oduwacoin, founded by Bright Enabulele, a renowned pan-Africanist and blockchain tycoon, seeks to address the economic challenges faced by many African nations by leveraging the power of technology.

Amongst other things, the currency aims to provide financial inclusion, empowerment, and economic stability to individuals across the continent.

However, with this listing, LATOKEN offers Oduwacoin a broader platform for traders and investors worldwide to access and engage with the digital asset.

“With LATOKEN’s wide user base and global reach, Oduwacoin anticipates increased liquidity and trading opportunities, enabling a more vibrant and dynamic ecosystem for its users,” Enabulele, also known as Nana Obudazie Oduwa I, wrote in a Twitter thread, where he disclosed the listing.

“Oduwacoin’s listing on LATOKEN also signifies a growing recognition of the cryptocurrency’s potential and the demand for innovative financial solutions tailored specifically for the African market. It opens doors for more individuals and businesses to participate in Oduwacoin’s vision, which includes building a robust digital currency infrastructure and promoting economic growth and financial inclusion.

“As Oduwacoin continues to gain momentum and expand its reach, this listing on LATOKEN serves as a testament to the cryptocurrency’s mission of transforming Africa’s economic landscape through blockchain technology and innovative financial solutions,” he added.

Noting that LATOKEN has a significant number of users in Africa, Enabulele explained that  Oduwacoin’s listing on the exchange makes the digital asset more accessible for Africans to make borderless transactions.
