Loran Nordgren, renowned behavioural scientist and professor at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, has applauded ‘Leading in a Storm’, the latest book by Dr. Dakuku Peterside.

The Wall Street Journal bestselling co-author of The Human Element named one of Thinkers 50’s Best Management Books of 2022 called Leading in a Storm “a must-read for any leader who wants to navigate the storms on the horizon.” He emphasized the timeliness of the book, noting that today’s world is marked by disruption and upheaval in fields ranging from politics and technology to the environment.

“This moment therefore calls for leaders who have the skills and strategies to navigate crisis,” Nordgren said. “Based on both research and years of practical experience, this book provides a timely blueprint for those critical moments.”

His endorsement adds to the growing international recognition for Leading in a Storm, which has been lauded for its practical approach to crisis leadership. The book explores key strategies for managing uncertainty, making decisions under pressure, and maintaining team morale during turbulent times.

Earlier, Harvard Kennedy School lecturer Hugh O’Doherty also praised the book, describing it as “an indispensable resource for leaders facing uncertainty and upheaval.”
