Nordic Nigeria Connect 2025 kicks off in Lagos

The 2025 Lagos, Nigeria  Fourth edition of Nordic Nigeria Connect (NNC) has kicked off in Lagos themed “Forging Partnership for Sustainable Impact” organized by the four Nordic Embassies in Nigeria with support from Business Finland, Business Sweden, and the Danish Trade Office.

The initiative is to help Nigeria transition to a greener, more inclusive future such as digital transformation, energy transition, healthcare innovation, and sustainable agriculture.

The 2025 edition will highlight Nordic innovations addressing urgent global and local challenges, built around four thematic tracks: Digital Transformation; Green Energy Transition; Sustainable Agriculture and Food Security; and Health Innovation.

According to H.E. Mr. Svein Baera, Ambassador of Norway, “Investing in renewable energy is a win-win-win: Less pollution, less emissions and less expenses. Norway is ready to invest, cooperate and share know-how on renewable energy solutions. He added that Sweden sees great potential inNigeria’s digital future and values the role of Nordic collaboration in unlocking new opportunities.
