The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) officials at the Amuwo Odofin area of Lagos have refused deployment in the Monkey village area of Lagos.
Voters who have arrive the area since 7am told Daily Sun at 12.33pm that INEC officials are yet to arrive the area.
They said that voters are confused and frustrated as most of them have started returning to their home after a long wait.
