Thousands of voters at Umudim Ward II, Okpuno-Egbu, Nnewi by 6:30am had trooped to polling units 19,20,25,26,27 and 38 Ezemmaiba polling units for accreditation but by10:45am no election materials, no INEC officials in sight.
The situation led to complaints by the voters. However, at exactly 10:48am the materials comprising some sensitive and insensitive ones arrived to start accreditation.
