Chairman of Zinox Group, Leo Stan Ekeh, has declared that the nation’s digital creator economy is emerging as a new pathway to wealth, driven by the convergence of technology, creativity and commerce.
Ekeh made this known at the recently-held maiden edition of CerAwards Africa 2026, an initiative powered by CeraVe in partnership with Konga Health, where top Nigerian creators were rewarded with cash prizes, professional tools and international exposure.
He said the country is witnessing a fundamental shift in how economic value is created, noting that digital platforms are now enabling young Nigerians to turn creativity into viable income streams.
According to him, the intersection of technology, storytelling and commerce is no longer theoretical but already reshaping industries and opening up new opportunities for employment and entrepreneurship.
“What we are witnessing today is the convergence of technology, creativity and commerce,” he said, adding that such synergy is critical to building sustainable industries and empowering a new generation.

Ekeh further stated that Nigeria’s selection as the launchpad for CerAwards Africa underscores growing international confidence in the country’s digital capacity and creative talent.
He maintained that with sustained investment in technology and innovation, Nigeria is well-positioned to become a major force in the global creator economy.
The Zinox chairman also highlighted the importance of trust and authenticity in the beauty sector, noting that Konga Health’s role in ensuring access to genuine products is key to building consumer confidence and supporting long-term industry.
