Nigerian Real Estate & Property Awards will, on 14th April 2024, honour some outstanding real estate organisations for their contribution to the housing sector. Recipients of the award adjudged to have made significant achievements in achieving customer satisfaction through their dedication to achieving the highest levels of excellence in their offerings that are comparable to their global counterparts.
The leading real estate companies set to be honored with the prestigious award are Cruxtone Development & Investment Ltd, Promiseland Estate, Deluxe Residence, Cosgrove, Mshel Homes Ltd, Gracias Global Group, MKH Properies Ltd, Ehi-Kings Real Estate, Sow Real Estate, Zylus Group, Efficacy Construction, Crown Luxury Properties amongst others.
The award, which will take place at the popular Ball Room of Oriental Hotels, Lagos, will have the Executive Governor of Lagos, Babajide Sanwo-Olu and the Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Hon. Ahmed M. Dangiwa as special guest of honour and the Managing Director, Federal Mortgage Bank Alh. Shehu Usman Osidi and Oyetunde Oladimeji Ojo, the Managing Director Federal Housing Authority of Nigeria as guests of honour.
The award is an initiative of Emagez Solutions and sponsored by Twelve23 Projects Ltd, a top real estate firm in Africa.
