Update from Adiyan/ Ajegunle polling unit 23 in Oke Aro/ Ibaragun Robinyan in Ifo LGA of Ogun State

I arrive at about 8:40am where I am also expected to vote but no INEC staff in site. But Scores of voters can be seen around also waiting for the process to start.
So far there have been no any communication as to why the officials of the INEC are yet to arrive or when actually the process should start. However, agent of the APC are all around recording voters names and giving them numbers.
No other party agents are here yet. Update
