The Nigerian Aviation Hall of Fame (NAHF) has announced its 2026 Induction Ceremony which is scheduled for May 2026.
The ceremony, which in its second edition, will bring together policymakers, airline executives, aviation professionals, and global stakeholders to celebrate individuals who have shaped the trajectory of Nigeria’s aviation sector over the past six decades.
Co-Organiser of the event, Wole Shadare, said the full list of honorees will be unveiled in phases over the coming weeks. He said: “Induction into the Nigerian Aviation Hall of Fame is the highest honour our domestic industry can bestow. These are individuals who sacrificed their time, resources, and dedication to build what Nigerian aviation is today. We are committed to honouring their legacy for posterity.”
Portraits of the 2026 inductees will be displayed at airports across the country which would be a lasting tribute to their contributions to the industry.
A commemorative magazine will also be published, capturing the stories of the honorees alongside landmark moments in Nigerian aviation history.
