Nigerian actress and filmmaker, Moradeke Adegboyega, has formally announced that she is the sole owner of Just Distinguish Entertainment and Film Production, distancing the company from claims linked to Mr. Lakunle Oni or any other individual.

In a statement issued to Sunday Sun, Adegboyega emphasized that the film “A Million Baby” is an original project of Just Distinguish Productions and remains under her exclusive ownership. She alleged that Mr. Oni has been “unlawfully benefiting” from the production and carrying out unauthorized activities under the company’s name.

According to the statement, an account was allegedly opened with FCMB in the name of Just Distinguish Productions, through which fraudulent transactions tied to “A Million Baby” were conducted.

“Mr. Lakunle Oni has no legal rights or authorization to represent, transact, or engage in any financial, business, or promotional activities on behalf of Just Distinguish Productions or any of its works,” the statement read.

Adegboyega urged the public, business partners, and stakeholders to cease all dealings with anyone other than her regarding the company and its properties. She also confirmed that an ongoing legal case has been initiated, with the matter now before relevant authorities.

She warned that any individual or organization found participating in unauthorized transactions involving the company’s name or productions would face appropriate legal action.

Efforts to reach Mr. Lakunle Oni for comments were unsuccessful as of the time of filing this report.
