The leading manufacturer of premium quality paints, Meyer Plc, recently hosted a lively painters’ forum in Lagos, bringing together hundreds of painters from across the Southwest for an interactive session with the company’s management.
The event, which took place in Ikeja, drew participants from Ibadan, Abeokuta, Badagry, and Lekki. The Managing Director, Mr. Henshaw Nwaorgu, used the occasion to unveil the company’s latest product, Meyer Sleek Emulsion Paint, describing it as a testament to its commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.
He expressed appreciation to the painters for their partnership over the years, noting that their collaboration had been instrumental to the company’s growth.
“We are committed to continuous improvement until Meyer reaches the peak of premium quality and customer satisfaction.
“Our painters remain our closest partners, and we encourage them to take advantage of our R&D team’s technical expertise,” he said.
The National Sales Manager, Mr. Curtis Adekunle, Divisional Head of Sales, Mr. Akinwunmi Balogun and other senior executives provided a platform for dialogue between painters and the company’s technical and sales teams where issues bordering on safety standards, modern application techniques and product performance were addressed.
Adekunle highlighted Meyer’s pioneering role in the Nigeria’s paint industry, noting the wide range of paints, including decorative, industrial, and marine coatings the company had introduced to the market.
The session featured gift presentations, raffles, and a question-and-answer segment that saw many painters go home with protective gear, work tools, and other prizes.
