Fast rising Nigerian artist, Nathaniel Oluyinka Hope better known as ‘Yinka Nathan’ is one songstress to look out for the music industry as her distinctive style and sound of music sets her apart from others. Having been in the industry for a while; Yinka have been able to carve a niche for her brand via her electrifying band performances.
The Kogi state born soul/pop singer kick off her music career at a very tender age as a tender who sang with Sunday school cum teen choir. At some point Yinka sang with her mum in her gospel band for years before joining a repertoire band in the University.
Inspired by the great works of international singer, Late Whitney Houston, Yinka noted that Houston’s stage craft endeared her more to the music game and the zeal to always come out strong after any performance is usually a great feeling.
Speaking on her previous works, Yinka noted that her first collaborative work is titled “Bobo Kilode” with veteran musician, Sunny Neji, produced by K-Solo, “Your Love” by our very own guitarist Fiokee, A remix of “Kilode” with Sound Sultan, “This Journey” by Emma Akapo, “This Land” with production inputs from Mike Agbonze, Daz & ofcourse, the world famous K. Solo himself.
When asked if there are surprised projects at hand; the sultry singer noted disclosed that works are currently on-going for the release of more songs and you never can tell; an EP might be coming. She said ‘ I am currently working tirelessly with the my team to stay relevant in the game by putting out quality songs with good production.
