President, Lekki Elites Lions Club, Ivy Ikpeme-Mbakwem, has pledged to provide a N20million 40KVA diesel generator for Orchid Road General Hospital, Lekki, Lagos.
She said: “People need access to quality and affordable healthcare. This is why the Orchid Road General Hospital became the focus of our intervention.”
Director General, Nigerian German Chamber of Commerce, Marilyn Rapu, said: “We are here to raise support for Orchid General Hospital in Lekki, an institution that serves as a lifeline for countless individuals and families.
“By contributing to its growth, we are not only donating funds; we are investing in health, in dignity and the wellbeing of our people. In the true Lions spirit, you have chosen to respond to a need – quietly, compassionately and with purpose.”
Part of the highlights of the event was the induction of five new members into the Lekki Elites Lions Club.
