Africa’s largest wedding and lifestyle gathering, Africa Wedding Expo 2025, is scheduled to take place on November 28, 2025, at NECA House, Ikeja, Lagos, promising a grand Pan-African celebration of love, family, and culture.

The event is expected to bring together wedding vendors, intending couples, event planners, lifestyle brands, and family-focused organisations from across the continent.

The Expo, described as a continental movement celebrating marriage as Africa’s most powerful social and economic institution, aims to combine culture, tradition, innovation, and commerce under one roof.

Organizers say the event is not just a trade show, but a therapeutic family experience blending African values, lifestyle, and community.

Dayo Falade (DOF), founder of the Expo and popularly known as SME-Doctor, highlighted the significance of weddings as a driver of multiple sectors, including fashion, beauty, catering, hospitality, photography, entertainment, real estate, and travel.

“Weddings are the foundation of every profession, every economy, and every generation,” he said.

According to Falade, the Expo promotes unity in African diversity by connecting families, couples, and brands that embody African values.

Attendees will be able to plan their entire wedding in a single day, interact with verified vendors, and participate in cultural showcases.

The event will feature: Expositions & Brand Showcases across lifestyle, tourism, beauty, décor, and fashion, Live Concerts & Karaoke Night celebrating music in weddings, Real Weddings, fully sponsored for five deserving couples, Wedding Fashion Shows blending traditional and modern styles, Africa Wedding Excellence Awards, honoring top performers in the industry, Cultural Parade, demonstrating how love is celebrated across African tribes and nations, Masterclasses & Business Talks on wedding entrepreneurship and family business growth, Live Couple Therapy Sessions, offering practical guidance for relationships, SME Training & Pitch Rooms for small businesses serving the wedding and family economy.

Attendance at the Africa Wedding Expo 2025 is absolutely free, inviting families and guests to celebrate love, culture, and community in true African style.

The Expo also provides brands and vendors with the opportunity to engage directly with real buyers, intending couples, and industry stakeholders, offering exposure and credibility within Africa’s growing wedding economy.

Falade emphasises that love is the world’s universal language, capable of uniting tribes, beliefs, and nations.

“Africa Wedding Expo is more than an event; it’s a movement that celebrates love, strengthens family, and supports the economic and cultural pillars of our continent,” he added.

With participation expected from Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, and South Africa, Africa Wedding Expo 2025 promises to be a landmark event, setting the standard for weddings, lifestyle, and family-centered initiatives across the continent.
