The INEC officials arrived the venue on as early as 7am while accreditation also started at about 8 am at the LSD PC Jakande Estate, Isolo. Although, the turn out was low but qit went on smoothly untill some thugs began qto intimidate people telling them that they would be beaten if they do not vote APC.
The security operatives on patrol brought the situation under control.
At the Oke Afa primary school, 018 unit, voters were being harassed and intimidated.
People were determined to vote inspire of the harassment. However, when the situation came to a head, they ran away for dear of their lives.
While all that was going on, journalists were not allowed to take pictures. Our reporter was warned not to take any pictures.
Not far away from the SMA College, a group of men who were just sitting and observing what was going on, were attacked and chased away by thugs.
While they scampered for safety, one of the men who is physically challenged was caught and stabbed with a broken bottle.
