Kano government employs 70 fresh lawyers for effective legal service

Kano State Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf has approved the employment of 70 lawyers into the service of the state.

A statement issued on Friday by the Director, Public Enlightenment, Office of the State Head of Service, Aliyu Yusuf, said the recruitment would boost effective service delivery in the legal sector of the state.

Supervising the final interview of the candidates, Kano State Head of Civil Service, Abdullahi Musa commended the foresight of the Governor for employing the lawyers, stressing that the state judiciary has been waiting for such a development for sometime now..

He called on the new judicoal employee to exhibit good characters, hardwork, selfless service and the fear of God in the discharge of their assignments.

He further enjoined them to consider their employment as a great opportunity considering the competitive nature of the present labour market and to reciprocate the gesture by being good ambassadors of the state.
