Port Harcourt-based entrepreneur and filmmaker Joseph Don has launched a new comedy series titled Office Hours, aimed at blending entertainment with practical business education.
The series premiered on March 23, 2026, and is currently available for streaming on the Tellyt Studios YouTube channel, offering viewers easy online access to its episodes.
Set within a fictional office environment, Office Hours follows the day-to-day experiences of a team navigating the realities of running a modern business. Through humour, satire, and relatable scenarios, the show addresses common entrepreneurial challenges, including marketing struggles, team management, and financial decision-making.
Speaking on the inspiration behind the project, Joseph Don explained that the series was created to provide entrepreneurs with meaningful entertainment that reflects their real-life experiences.
“Many entrepreneurs relax by watching shows, but most entertainment doesn’t really speak to the challenges they face in business. Office Hours combines comedy with real business lessons in a way that is engaging and relatable,” he said.
Unlike conventional business-focused programmes that rely on technical discussions and lectures, the series adopts a storytelling approach, using comedy to highlight key ideas around entrepreneurship, leadership, and problem-solving.
Each episode centres on a specific business challenge faced by the fictional company’s team, with storylines designed to mirror situations commonly encountered by entrepreneurs. While the tone remains light and comedic, the underlying lessons are grounded in real-world business experiences.
“Entertainment can be powerful. When storytelling meets knowledge, people learn without even realising it,” he added.
