To avoid the spillover of the recent crisis in Jos, the Chairman of Mangu Local Government Area in Plateau State, Emmanuel Bala Mwolpun, has imposed a dusk-to-dawn curfew on Mangu metropolis.
Mangu Local Government is 48 kilometres away from Jos, the Plateau State capital.
The curfew, which takes effect from Wednesday, April 1, runs from 8 pm to 6 am daily until further notice.
