JMG Limited, an integrated electromechanical solutions company, has strengthened its market position with a wave of infrastructure and engineering projects delivered in the first quarter of 2026, spanning industrial manufacturing, retail operations, and logistics.
The company said the projects reflect a deliberate strategy to build connected systems that improve efficiency, reliability and scale across critical sectors of the economy.
In the industrial space, JMG Industrial, the company’s air compressor division, upgraded operations at the Dangote Cement Gboko plant following a detailed system audit, airflow mapping and performance assessment. The intervention included the deployment of eight Kaeser rotary lobe blower compressors designed for continuous-duty cement production, where stable compressed air is essential for material handling and pneumatic conveying.
According to the company, the upgrade delivered significant efficiency gains, with airflow performance improving by 23 per cent and peak capacity rising by as much as 47 per cent. It added that the improvement has enhanced pressure stability across production lines, reduced energy losses and improved overall plant reliability.
Building on its industrial momentum, JMG also extended its integrated engineering model to the retail sector with a full infrastructure overhaul for Quick Buy Supermarket. The project combined solutions from JMG Power (power generation), JMG Clima (HVAC systems) and JMG Electra (electrical infrastructure) into a unified installation designed to support round-the-clock operations.
At the core of the system is a hybrid power setup featuring two FG Wilson 550kVA generators and a 330kVA Perkins-powered unit integrated with grid supply to ensure redundancy and seamless load management. The HVAC system combines Trane rooftop units, VRF zoning, ducted airflow networks and inverter-based split and cassette units to maintain consistent temperature control across retail and storage areas. The electrical design was also upgraded to improve load stability, protection and long-term scalability.

The company said the integrated approach ensures “all systems work as one coordinated infrastructure rather than separate installations,” improving operational efficiency for the client.
In logistics, JMG expanded its haulage capacity through JMG Haulage with the addition of 20 heavy-duty trucks aimed at strengthening distribution across Nigeria’s major commercial corridors.
Each truck is designed to carry up to 24 pallets with a 45-ton payload capacity, supporting large-scale FMCG and industrial supply movement. The fleet includes both CNG-powered trucks with a range of up to 1,400 kilometres and diesel-powered units to provide flexibility and operational resilience across different routes.
Commenting on the company’s performance, Chief Commercial Officer, Rabi Jammal, said the Q1 projects reflect JMG’s focus on integrated solutions.
“Our focus is on strengthening systems that improve efficiency, reliability and operational performance for our clients across industrial and logistics value chains,” he said.
Overall, the company said the projects highlight a systems-driven engineering approach that combines power generation, HVAC, compressed air systems, electrical infrastructure and logistics into connected, high-performance ecosystems.
JMG Limited operates across power generation, electrical infrastructure, vertical transportation, cooling systems and air compressors, and also provides clean energy solutions including solar and hybrid systems.
