James Olaniyan, a seasoned IT professional, is driving innovation by putting people at the heart of technology solutions—a focus that defines his human-centred approach to tech leadership.

Olaniyan has backed his commitment with continuous learning, earning certifications in Cybersecurity Management, Risk & Compliance from OneTrust, and ISC2’s Certified in Cybersecurity.
These qualifications reflect his broader interest in governance and risk, but also reinforce his belief in the importance of staying teachable.
“There’s always something new, and if you stop learning, you stop leading,” he said.
